The greater Hilton Head area is serviced by both the Hilton Head Airport on the island and the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport in Savannah, Georgia.
Hilton Head Airport
Hilton Head Airport is serviced by US Airways Express using their De Havilland Dash-8 aircraft. The Dash-8 turboprop plane seats either 37 or 50 passengers, and depending upon the season there are 6-14 flights per day. Due to noise restrictions on the Island, jet aircraft are limited to small corporate planes.
None of the local Hilton Head hotels provide shuttle service to or from the airport, but taxi cabs and rental cars are readily available.

Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport
The Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport is located off of Interstate 95 in Savannah, Georgia and is a quick, 45-minute drive to the heart of Hilton Head Island. Airlines that service the airport include:
